1. The doctor's view
1.1 Registering for the service
- In your web browser, go to: https://doctor.pilot.omply.com/

- Click the "Log in" button.
You log in with your personal online banking credentials or mobile certificate — no separate Omply username/password is needed.

NOTE:
- The first time you log in, you must fill in a preliminary information form with your own details, your medical licence registration number, and the details for the doctor profile that will appear in Omply.
- After you submit the form, your registration request goes to Omply for approval.
- Once your account is approved, we'll notify you by email at the address you provided.
1.2 Starting the service
- Go to https://doctor.pilot.omply.com/login
- Log in with your personal online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
2. The appointment
2.1 General view
In the general view you can choose your appointment parameters and set your pricing.

Your chosen appointment parameters are saved in the browser cache — if you switch browser or computer, you'll need to set them again.
2.2 Appointment parameters
Queue & duration
Choose which main queue you want to receive patients from. Main queues include, for example: General Practitioner, Specialist, Nurse.
Note: you only see the main queues you have sufficient rights for.

Choose the appointment lengths you want to accept:

Symptoms / specialties
- Choose at least one queue from which you want to receive patients based on symptoms.
- You can select several queues, or all of them if you wish.
- Specialty queues are shown and selectable only to the extent your medical licence allows.

Additional settings
In the additional settings for appointment parameters you can, if needed, choose the patient's gender, allow minor patients, and set the consultation languages.

At the bottom of the queue-parameter page you'll see a summary of your chosen settings, and you can reset everything with the "Reset all" button.

2.3 Pricing
Set the prices you want for your appointments. You can set the price to the nearest euro (€1 increments).
The prices you set are charged to the patient in full as the visit fee. Note that at the settlement stage, Omply's service fees and settlement commission are deducted from the price.

2.4 Queue view
Once you've set all your appointment parameters, the "Receive patient" button at the bottom of the page activates; click it to enter the patient-search queue.

Clicking "Receive patient" puts you in the queue, and your appointment can be offered immediately to customers waiting in the queue:

When your appointment is offered to a patient, you'll see a notification; the patient then has 30 seconds to accept or decline the appointment.

2.5 Appointment view / patient room
When the patient accepts the appointment in the queue view, the appointment begins immediately. The patient and doctor are moved automatically into the appointment.

The doctor sees the patient details and appointment details via the pop-out menu on the left side. The doctor controls the appointment's functions via the settings pop-out menu on the right side of the screen.
2.6 Patient and appointment details
The doctor sees the patient details and appointment details (duration & reason for visit) via the pop-out menu on the left.

2.7 Examinations and measurement results
From the Examinations section (the bottom tab on the left-hand bar) you can switch the diagnostic devices on; this section also shows the measurement results, each with a timestamp of when it was taken.

You can copy all measurement results at once, or copy a specific individual result, with the copy button.

2.8 If the patient disconnects during the appointment
Sometimes a patient's connection drops or they leave the appointment too early — for example due to a weak network.
- Wait a moment first. If the patient reconnects within a short time, the session resumes automatically and you can simply continue where you left off.
- If the patient does not come back after a while, you can return to the lobby to receive a new patient.
- Before you move on, make sure there is no remaining work for that patient. If anything is still outstanding — recording the visit in the patient records (Kanta), issuing a prescription or referral, or providing care instructions — complete those properly first. Only once there is nothing left to handle for the first patient should you go back to the queue for the next one.
3. Examining the patient
3.1 Settings / controls window
The doctor manages the session and can adjust the settings of both their own and the patient's device.

- The camera and microphone can be turned on or off.
- From the Advanced settings button you can choose which cameras and audio devices on your computer are used.
- The Camera button switches whether the patient's device uses its front or rear camera.
- The rear-camera light can be turned on or off — only when the view is switched to the patient's device's rear camera.
- The video image can be rotated right or left with the rotate buttons.
- The patient's image can be saved with the Save button. The app takes a screenshot of the patient's video and downloads it to your computer.
3.2 Pulse oximeter
- When the patient puts the pulse oximeter on their finger, the doctor sees the measurement result in real time in a separate pop-up window on screen.
- When the patient stops measuring, the pop-up window disappears automatically after a moment.
- The reading is saved in the left-hand pop-out window, under "Examinations."
3.3 Blood pressure monitor
- When the patient places the blood pressure monitor on their upper arm and the measurement begins, the doctor sees the result in real time in a separate pop-up window.
- When the patient stops measuring, the pop-up window disappears automatically after a moment.
- The reading is saved in the left-hand pop-out window, under "Examinations."
3.4 Thermometer
- When the patient presses the thermometer's measurement button, the result appears in a separate pop-up window on the doctor's screen.
- When the patient stops measuring, the pop-up window disappears automatically after a moment.
- The reading is saved in the left-hand pop-out window, under "Examinations."
3.5 Otoscope
When the patient has connected the otoscope to the phone with a USB-C cable, the otoscope appears as active under "Examinations" in the left-hand pop-out window, with an on/off button next to it that displays the image.
![]()
The doctor starts using the otoscope from their own view.

The patient uses the otoscope and the doctor sees the same real-time image that also appears in the patient's app. The doctor can guide the patient through performing the examination.
If the image is blurry/hazy, you can instruct the patient to adjust the otoscope's focus by turning the focus ring counter-/clockwise, depending on its current position.
A good tip for otoscope focus: turn the focus to its "maximum," then gradually, in small movements, turn the focus the other way until the image is sharp.
The otoscope also has its own wheel for adjusting the light's intensity/brightness.
3.6 Stethoscope
When the patient turns the stethoscope on, it appears as active under "Examinations" in the left-hand pop-out window.
The digital stethoscope has two settings: Heart sounds (low-frequency sounds) and high-frequency sounds (Lung sounds). You switch the setting with the Heart sounds or Lung sounds button.
The doctor should use good-quality noise-cancelling headphones for listening. The patient can also listen to the sounds with headphones connected to the stethoscope.
The doctor can guide the patient by clicking the upper-body image that appears on screen to indicate the correct listening spot. The patient sees the spots indicated by the doctor, one at a time, on their own screen.

4.2 My details
On the "My details" pages in the top-right menu you can edit and update your contact information and keep the doctor profile shown to patients up to date.

4.3 Bank / withdrawal request
