1. Before You Start

  • Make sure you have a supported smartphone and a working internet connection.
  • Move to a quiet, well-lit space.
  • Ensure that the diagnostic devices have sufficient power.
  • Omply is not intended for emergencies.

2. Download and Open the Omply App

  • Download Omply from the app store.
  • Allow the permissions requested by the app (camera, microphone, Bluetooth).
  • Select your language and accept the terms of use.
  • Log in and check your personal information.
  • Add payment information.

3. Prepare for the Appointment

  • Check that the diagnostic devices are working (test the devices).
  • Make sure your phone’s battery is sufficient.

4. Go to the Appointment

  • Select the type and duration of the visit.
  • Select symptoms, medical specialty, or topic area.
  • Optionally, perform preliminary measurements.
  • Join the queue.

Offered Remote Consultation

  • Omply offers the first available doctor’s remote consultation at the lowest price.
  • You have 30 seconds to accept or decline the consultation.
    • By accepting the offered consultation, you will be charged the stated amount, and the consultation will begin immediately.
    • By declining the offered consultation, you will not be charged, but you will be removed from the queue and lose your queue position.

5. During the Appointment

  • The doctor will guide the flow of the appointment.
  • Perform tests only when requested by the doctor.
  • Follow the instructions given by the doctor.
  • If the connection is lost, the app will guide you on next steps. (Clarification if needed.)

6. After the Appointment

  • Check the care instructions in the app. (Clarification if needed.)
  • Any prescriptions and follow-up instructions will be visible in Omakanta.
  • Payment and receipt are processed through the app.

7. If Something Is Not Working

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Verify that the app has all necessary permissions allowed.
  • Ensure the diagnostic devices are turned on and charged.
  • Restart the app if necessary.

8. Emergencies

  • Do not use Omply in emergencies.
  • Contact emergency services or the emergency room immediately.
