I can’t log in. What should I do?
Start by checking your internet connection. If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off and logging in again, as some VPNs can interfere with secure login systems.
A remote appointment cannot be carried out or may be interrupted for the following reasons:
- Device technical limitations The device or operating system is not supported, is too old, or is unstable.
- Missing or insufficient internet connection The connection is too slow, unstable, or drops during the appointment.
- App or operating system in incorrect state The app has not been updated, or device settings are preventing it from working.
