I can’t hear the doctor’s voice or the doctor can’t hear me
If the video or audio is not transmitting well:
- Make sure the phone’s microphone or camera is not covered or blocked
- Check your internet connection
- Move to a location with a better connection
Using the app requires a stable internet connection. The recommended minimum speed is 15 Mbit/s to ensure sufficient video and audio quality during a remote appointment. A faster and more stable connection improves picture and sound clarity and reduces lag and interruptions.
The app also requires a working camera, microphone, and speaker (or headphones) on your device. You must allow camera and microphone permissions for the remote visit to work properly.
